    Re: Budget/affordable/potato gaming build you could get a crappy case which is about php500 and a lower tier but decent psu like vs450 for php1.8k. that saves you php2k. i would get at least 8gb of ram though. i suspect the igp would at least allocate 500mb ram for it to work and windows too...

    if the fan is making a lot of noise, the shaft probably needs some lubrication. you have to dismantle it and put some grease. ive done this with my desktop fans since i use generic fans. it makes a lot of noise after a few months of use. it should be the same with cheap laptop fans.

    same as above. dgpu + identical ram + ssd and perhaps a better psu (if you got a generic). i'd start with psu so i wouldnt run into problems when additional items are installed. maybe even cooling system.

    Re: [ADVISE]Help you build/choose a Computer you should list what games you play. as an example - on rotr, even the 1800x paired with gtx1080 at 1080p couldnt hit 144. if you generally play single games, 60 fps is fine. 144fps usually matters with fast paced competitive games.

    an ssd is essentially the same as hdd but faster at booting and loading general apps that dont rely on internet connection or server side.
