    Newbie here sa ios. I had 2ndhand ipad mini1 from kuwait, after reset. Ayaw pumasok id ko as new user. Locked po ba mini ko? Nagcontinue na lang ako without signin. After sa loob nalang ako ng signin Itunes - ok Icloud - cant sign in free user? Help po, paki translate naman po, ano need ko...
