    anu tools gamit mo jan sir?? yna ba ung built in diagnostic test ng HP bios?? try mo sir gumamit ng 3rd party non-windows toold like hiren or ung ginagamit ko, ubcd tapos gawin mong usb bootable through rufus or kahit anung tools. mukang hindi mascan ung hdd mo.
