    Clarify mo po muna ung plan na meron ka. Meron kc plans na same ang DL/UL speed.. meron naman di parehas, na mas mababa ang UL compare sa DL.. Sample ung lumang plan ko na canopy 2mbps DL/ .2 mbps UL.. sa current plan ko naman ngaun na fibr same speed 50mbps DL/UL..

    may maintenance lang siguro yan si pldt. un nga lang walang abiso sa client at pag tumawag ka sa hotline hindi din nila masabi kung kelan matatapos. try to ask po sa ibang malapit sa area nyo na naka fibr kung OK naman sa kanila baka sa inyo lang may prob pero pag lahat kau malamang maintenance...

    check mo sa DHCP server ng router.. ang baba nyan 2 hours lang.. gawin mo 24hrs.. possible maDC ka nyan everytime na mag rereset ung DHCP lease..

    dapat di mo na po nireport hehe.. kasi kusa naman pong babalik yan kung sakali.. ung sakin na Fibr 50mbps plan madalas umaabot ng 80-100mbps.. di ko nirereport haha mag 4months na :) same prn naman binabayaran ko.. pwede mo monitor sa pldt site ung bill mo kung meron ka account dun para incase...

    ano pong problem sa ganyan TS? baka updated firmware na po yan or iba sa lumang gamit nyo na modem/router. ano po bang expected nyo na GUI? or meron ba kaung specific feature na hinahanap? di po kc malinaw hehe

    conflicting po ung IP address ng 2 router (pldt at tenda).. malamang po nyan same sila gumagamit ng 192.168.1.1.. ang gawin nyo po ichange nyo ung IP ng tenda to 192.168.2.1 para di mag conflict.. para naman po ma access nyo ung tenda, idisconnect nyo po muna sa pldt tsaka nyo po iaccess sa pc...

    gamit ko 3rd party router ederouter lite-3.. merong QoS for specific applications na naka define na ung packets.. so basically lahat ng P2P (torrents, etc), File-Transfer (direct downloads, etc), Social Networking (fb, ig, etc), at Streaming (youtube, spotify, etc) eh may limit lang.. pwede...

    un lang po di ko alam kung meron babayaran.. pero un nga lang parang lugi ka sa ganyang plan kc DSL plan lang tapos available na pala ung fiber sa inyo.. medyo complicated na din kc bagong kabit palang pala.. try nyo pong mangulit sa CSR nila after 3 months or 6 months..

    100% sure Fiber yan hehe.. ganyan din sakin eh :) Fiber plan 50mbps subs ko ngaun.. DSL plan po kau pero ung linya nyo fiber lines na ung gamit.. mag upgrade na po kayo to fiber plans.. lugi kau sa sa ganyan eh 500 lng dadagdag mo 20mbps Fiber plan ka na..
