    Matututo ang LGU or region na magsumikap para sa kanilang sarili, hindi yung umaasa na lang sa kung ano ang ibibigay ng national gov't. May kanya kanya namang potential source of income ang bawat rehiyon, hindi nga lang nag iisip at gumagalaw ang mga pinuno kasi may magbibigay naman ng pondo.

    Definitely hindi... most people don't understand kung bakit sya lumalapit sa NPA and other rebel groups because they already assume and judge him na isa siyang komunista.
