Pinakauna & best way talaga dyan is gumamit ka ng ibang PSU yung maayos, tapos lagay mo sa PC mo then compare the experience.

check mo din if hdd or RAM

other than that... basic troubleshooting would be to remove all other components on the mobo, then install only the necessary to boot it to POST. 1ram stick, no gpu, no hdd... then add them 1 at a time.

First of, there are 2 reasons why this happens:
(1) PSU failure
(2) Overheat protection ng board.

Ndi po kaya nag overheat lng ung board mo kaya xa namamatay bigla kasi nagti-trigger yung protection ng board?
If this is the case, removing the CPU fan and applying thermal paste and making sure na may enough airflow would help.

If PSU failure, possible na because nagkukulang ng supply ng voltage ung so there are several ways to test this. Pero the best way is yung suggested na gimamit ka ng another working PSU.
Another option is by using a multimeter. So tanggalin mo ung saksak ng lahat ng PSU s board, then try to short the pins ng PSU by shorting Green wire and black wire.

Tapos using multi meter, try checking the voltage of each wire. nkalagay naman po sa case ng PSU kung ano nominal voltage ng each wires. So bali, red and black, yellow and black, etc... that is if colored ung mga wires ng PSU mo :P

I tried to see what happened by going to msconfig. para sa boot configuration. umayos naman siya for a couple of days. Then finally it shutdown completely. 'Di na siya mag boot. Good that I made it a point to make my PC's partition so that all my important files (software installers, documents, etc.) are in D partition. So I have to reformat it on C partition. I downloaded Rufus to make a bootable installer of Windows 10. So I believe your PSU is not at fault. Your PC was attacked by a virus. I believe KMP or MOVAVI was the culprit on my predicament. But I was able to reinstall these software on Windows 10 using the hacked versions I downloaded previously from Mobilarian. I am a self-learned PC owner. I assembled my own PC and format it using only information from the web.
