sa ganyang problema po.. possible problems are
Applications na nag aaccess ng internet and doing its software update examples are
AntiVirus and Windows Update meron kang mga background processes na once naka connect ang PC mo sa internet dun nag coconsume ng CPU/RAM/HDD that causes your PC to go slow
if you do DIY fix sa problem na yan.. better search it on YT or bring it to your trusted TECH.

Possible dahil sa background apps and windows updates ang nagcacause.
try niyo po i-metered connection iyong internet niyo para ang gagamit lang ng internet is iyong app na nakaopen , para na rin matest if iyong mga background apps niya nagcacause.
try niyo din ito
> i-windows update niyo to the latest hanggang wala na update.
> i-update lahat ng apps. or disable auto-update ng mga apps.
> disable background apps
> check task manager kung anong apps gumagamit ng internet para madetermine kung anong process/apps ang i-troubleshoot.
