Poem Lack of Inspiration


My inspiration has dried up, lost, gone away
I can no longer write, the things I can't say
I sit and lay things out, but it doesn't work that way
So I've given up again, or maybe just for today.

All imaginations are gone, lost without any trace
And now my poetry is nothing, but a disgrace
Though my body's moving, but my mind can't keep pace
So I sit here now, stony look upon my face.

What I'm gonna do, all my thoughts have run?
And Ideas won't come out, not even one
The thought won't rose up, like the morning sun
So I'll write about having no ideas, just for fun.

There really comes a time where our creative juices just dry up
and nothing seems to invoke any inspiration to create anything..

and I think.. That's okay.

It helps change the perspective and relearn the ways of the world.

Time to live more and contemplate less.

in time, it will just come back to you naturally.
or it might be that, there are other ways we can express ourselves now.
 
Rise up, oh weary soul,
From the depths of despair,
Take hold of hope and let it take control,
For a brighter tomorrow is waiting out there.

The road may be rocky and the journey long,
But don't let that hold you back,
For every step you take, you'll grow stronger,
And the strength you gain will never lack.

So don't give up, don't give in,
Keep pushing forward with all your might,
For the reward at the end is worth the fight,
And the journey is a beautiful sight.

So take a deep breath and take that first step,
And keep on moving forward with all your heart,
For the inspiration you seek is within you,
Just waiting for the right moment to start.​

It's really difficult when I want to write something - or finish what I have started (sorry na sa mga abangers diyan), but I find it harder to push myself to just write something - anything. Kaya I don't really get into 30-day challenges or yung mga activities na KAILANGAN mo magsulat regularly. It's just not my thing.

We all have to find inspiration somewhere, or in my case I have to open myself up to the idea of writing, otherwise I just come up with something I'm not really happy with.

It's alright to pace yourself, or take breaks as long as you want to. Your next best work is just around the corner.

Mahirap nga makahanap ng inspirasyon sumulat lalo na pag masyado ng preoccupied ng mas madaming bagay.
