Freelancing Career

Sa Indeed lang ako nghahanap ng work/clients. Masyado ng Saturated yung ibang platforms such as Upwork or OLJ

it depends sa service na gusto mo i offer kasi e. Ako kasi nagresigned ako sa bpo customer service Voice, so nag apply apply ako may tumanggap saken na realtor based sa Florida ayun cold caller ako tapos ganon padin ginagawa ko after 3 years kasi more on talking to people ang peg ko hindi sya hard selling kaya laban lang ako.

Ang dami ko ngang nakikitang ganyan na real estate VAs sa onlinejobs. ph na site. Kahit ba hindi ka makabenta, may sweldo pa din yan?

Mukhang ayos nga kung cold caller lang without HARD selling and based sa sinabi niya, mukhang may sweldo pa rin.

May sweldo parin yes kasi hourly rate ako eh. Hindi sya hard selling in a way na kami magbebenta ng bahay, kasi kami pa nga bibili ng bahay nila eh. Its a numbers game. Hindi naman lahat gusto ibenta bahay nila may mga pili lang kaya we choose to call homeowners na on a situation halimbawa, distressed property, needs rehab, maybe someone passed away, or maybe theyre on a divorce, or may behind taxes sila sa property or pwedeng addiitional property nila ito, kasi we believe na may motivation tong magbenta because of the pain theyre experience. Something that they still think about before going to bed ba ang peg ganon.

Depende sa client, may 2 types of people lang naman based sa intindi ko sa real estate sa US.
* Real Estate Agent (nagbebenta ng property, nag papa open house ng mga market value properties)
* Real Estate Investor (bumibili ng property cash, as-is, where-is on a cheap price)

Nasa investor side ako, kaya mejo madali lang for me di ko kelangan mamilit kung ayaw nila ibenta bahay nila saken, move on nako sa next call kaya nasabi ko syang hindi hard selling.

thanks sa info boss try ko yan as of now technical support ako sa isang computer sales. . pero nag hahanap ng mas malaki at medyo competitive na work. to earn a good rate

Same - gusto ko din sana gawing part time muna and then slowly transition into full time kase sawa nako maging corporate slave.

Dipende po. San mo po ba nakuha yung employer na yan? Kung sa legit site niyo po nakuha yan gaya ng OLJ, possible na legit yan. Tignan mo po yung company background kung legit company ba. May mga companies din kasi na kahit nasa platform na sila, gusto dun ka mag a apply sa sarili nilang link or form e. Kaya i check mo po muna :)
