Good day mga sir/maam san po ba makacop nang Brooks Adrenaline GTS 20 via online kasi mas comfortable kasi un sakin para sa flat footed for running? Kakakuha ko lang Nike React Infinity Run Flyknit ang sakit sa paa pag malayuan.

I usually jog at luneta on fridays before covid.
Since the ECQ and now GCQ is hard to decide to jog kase you have to put a mask on, it will be more difficult to breath

Baka naman po may maipayo kayo for first-time joggers? Though it's not my first time honestly, pero hindi ako consistent like parang once in a whole year lang *laugh* ang last ko pang jog ay pre-pandemic days. Please advise how to be consistent.

hi, magandang araw syo.
nagsimula ako nung mid 2019 lang... medyo limited pa rin para skin ung kaalaman ko...
- when i started - walking lng... couple of months later tried including short runs sa routine ko... didnt know exactly what i was doing or kung tama ba ung ginagawa ko... had my share of injuries... pulled my calf muscle last year then a few months after that ngkaroon naman ako ng lower back pain - marahil dahil late na ako ngstart in life to take care of my health...
- for me i start my day with a run/jog... flexible naman sked ko... if kaya ng 3x a week - ok lng.. sometimes 5x a week better :) in the past, weekdays lang ako nagworkout... but i read somewhere na hindi pala dpat mawala ang "long" run if you want to improve... kaya i have been trying to include a Saturday workout about 2 hours...
your other questions - di ko kaya sagutin - i only run within our village pa-ikutikut lng... ung one round is about 1.2km so ok na pra skin

Right, last time nag-jog ako walang warm up warm up tapos jog agad instead of lakad-lakad muna.
I will keep this in mind po, and especially the consistency at hindi dapat mawala ang long run. Thank you! *giggle*
 
Halu kakatapos ko lang mag trail run nung sunday december 4 sa amaya cagayan de oro. Hehehe. Next year ulet dahilayan to mt kitanglad.
