Sa charge nya depende kung ano watts gagamitin mo na charger. Yung battery dpende sa model - mas higher life ang latest. Software update ok naman, parati nag uupdate ang ios. Tsaka ayoko rin maging bias since may 11 at 13 ako so iyan lamang masasabi ko.

Oo naman. Yung isa kong phone di ko inupdate, last update nya isang version after ios 16. Tinitingnan ko kasi changelog ng update, di naman importante or affected yung device ko like performance update or bug fixes so hindi ko inuupdate. Tinatamad din ako

The main benefits of Apple and iOS products is their user-friendliness. Mas madali talaga sila gamitin as compared to Android (with more capabilities and customization but more complicated to use). Plus, yung mga Apple products can last a long time without rapid decline.

Because of these, kapag bumili ka ng iPhone, you will be somewhat compelled to buy other products na kasama sa Apple ecosystem to maximize their benefits, like iWatch and MacBook.

Kung tutuusin, no downside si iOS. Ang common lang naman na nagiging problem is yung price, affordability nya hindi sya afford ng lahat. Mukha lang sobrang higpit ni apple pagdating sa mga features, pero its a safety feature for us users naman din. Been an apple user since iPhone 4, wala akong maireklamo. Kung may bibilhin tayo, go for quality, para not every year necessary or parang feel mo need mo mag-upgrade

I guess this is true, I have starmobile back then before having iphone 5s. And then boom, Im now in apple ecosystem

Downside nya talaga is yung price at saka walang Apple Store dito sa atin, so pag may sira si iPhone, madalas pag dinala mo sa Authorized Service Centers pag need ng warranty, matagal, kase pinapadala pa sa ibang bansa. Swerte kung may loaner phone kaso minsan wala. Tapos may diagnostic fees unlike sa ibang bansa na pag sa Apple Store mo dinala, libre diagnostics. Based lang po sa exp yan, baka kase may iba na magsabi na di naman ganyan nangyayare.

Downside (based on general feedback) is affordability and lack of other features vs other mobile phones. iPhone and iOS is just not for everyone, it only caters to a specific market with specific needs. This is coming from an iPhone user since 3G and someone who tried using an android. I concluded that Apple was really for me, not because I’m not techy or tech savvy enough for android (mind you, I work in web design and in corporate), but because everything I need is nasa Apple na. It’s just that I don’t need yung features that android users are bragging (on to why they are supreme vs apple) like installing apps from 3rd party etc. The only downside for me is when you’re in the apple ecosystem and you encounter someone not using Apple 😂

My family and friends are using Apple therefore I didn’t feel the need to install other messaging/videocalling apps to communicate, imessage and facetime was just enough and all my texts and imessages are stored sa isang encrypted app lang.

Conclusion: Downside depends on your needs. So iba iba tayo. 😀

Personally, the only reason I will buy an iPhone is durability. Sila pumalit sa nokia sa pagiging matibay. Other than that wala silang features or functionality na hindi kayang gawin ng android phone. But on the other hand madaming bagay na kayang gawin ang android phone na di kaya ng iphone. Ang problema din kase sa Apple gusto nilang i-convert ang mundo into an Apple world kaya lahat ng products o features nila ay proprietary. Sad to say it's not gonna happen. Pag pupunta ka ng hotel hindi Apple TV gamit nila, pag magpe-present ka sa work or school kadalasan hindi Apple ang laptop at iba pang gamit nila. Kapag pupunta ka ng theme park at gusto mong ipasa sayo yung softcopy ng souvenir photos nyo di nila magawa kase hindi Apple products gamit nila, etc etc.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying iphone is a bad choice for everyone, and di rin ako apple hater, in fact ipad is the best tablet para sa ken. Pero pagdating sa phones and computers, I wont use them kahit ibigay pa sa ken ng libre. Pwedeng mawala ang iOS and macOS sa mundo and we'll do just fine. Pero kung android at windows ang mawala, it could cause worldwide crisis.

Kung budget worry, mas okay na mag android ka. Mas madaming features ang android.

Pangit ang iOS sa totoo lang kung ang titingnan mo eh yung availability ng features pero kung performance to price ratio, iOS ako.

Yung napaglumaan ko na XS Max hanggang ngayon mas okay pa sa s10+ ko. Note that mas nauna pa palitan ang battery ng s10+ ko na luma.

Android tends to lag after a major update kasi the hardware cannot support it unline sa iOS na 5 years ang support update.

I've been using apple since lumabas ang 4s til now na 14 pro max. Although coming from xs max to 13 pro max then 14 pro max agad ako, all i can say is sulit yung bili ko sa phones ko kahit pricey.

• charging time - 14 pro max with 30w charger, ~2 hrs. Kung importante sayo yun, maraming ibang phone na kaya mag 0-100% in less than an hour.
• accessories - kung first time mo mag iPhone at marami ka na gamit na USB-C, prepare to buy additional dongles / adapters. Not to mention na yung lightning cable mo ay sa iPhone mo lang magagamit.
• Back button / gesture - kung dati ka na sa Android, hahanapin mo itong simpleng bagay na ito sa iPhone. (I know meron din back gesture sa iPhone pero its implementation is not system-wide / baked into all apps unlike android na system-level)
• Notification bar icons (or lack thereof)
• Notification panel - mas ok pa rin implementation ng Android.
• File system/sharing - you're gonna have a bad time kung lahat ng nakapaligid sayo ay Naka Android or windows (same goes kung ikaw lang Naka Android tapos lahat iOS/macOS)

Di ko na sinama yung customization since hindi naman lahat May kailangan nun. Hindi ko rin gets yung ease-of-use argument. Mga tao sa barrio, palengke, tabi-tabi - Naka android and they get along just fine... So... 🤷 As for bang-for-the-buck, tingin ko subjective na yun kasi what's worth my money May not be the same for everyone else.

Ang masasabi ko lang siguro is naaabutan na ng Android phones ang camera quality ng iPhone. Dati, no contest. Pag sinabing photos, iPhone agad. Nitong mga nakaraang taon, lumalaban na pixel, Samsung, at Huawei. Lately, dethroned na ang iPhone in terms of photo quality. Video na lang lamang ng iPhone sa camera department.
