I know this is an old thread but wanted to share my knowledge tungkol sa legacy enterprise plan 1500 ni smart as a subs for 7 years already. Ung ABS is to protect ung paglobo ng bill mo so di talaga sya lalagpas sa 1,500 kasi iwe waive ung excess. Sa speed naman, di naman nababago based sa personal experience ko kasi sa vendo ko nilagay.
