Creating Vanity (dot) onion URL for your hidden_service​

Introduction


Upon generating your first TOR V3 URL, you will be given a 56 random character URL like this one avrwujsnihxlp77nkq76byazcldy2hlmovfu2epvl5ankdibsot4csyd.onion (example only). If you want to at least put some readable URL like the address of Facebook on the dark web (facebookwkhpilnemxj7asaniu7vnjjbiltxjqhye3mhbshg7kx5tfyd.onion) or the New York Times dark web (nytimesn7cgmftshazwhfgzm37qxb44r64ytbb2dj3x62d2lljsciiyd.onion), then you must generate your own V3 address using Cathuggers' TOR V3 mkp224o generator.


Head to https://github.com and download Cathuggers' mkp2240 generator. Download here. (Selection for 32/64 OS)


This will be the downloaded file for 32bit OS.





While on that folder, press and hold Shift key and right click your mouse, choose Open Command Window here. Type mkp224o -d <your folder in which your generated URL will be saved> -p <7 character vanity word> and press enter, and it will be a waiting game.


e.g. mkp224o -d secret -p pakyou or mkp224o -d -B paky paky pakyo pakyou





The longer the -p (phrase) the longer it can generate your vanity URL. My digifixbulaqnzvpyf2cp7zwvleiq35k5xucjnuedjcqu6cuawhtrdad.onion took me at least 3 hours. But it depends on your hardware, the faster your rig, the faster you can generate.
