I've been doing keto diet before and i lost 10 kgs but it's not really sustainable.
Currently i am doing a flexible diet where you can eat everything as long as pasok sya sa daily calorie allowance mo. so far i already lost 6kgs..
Calorie deficit lang bro at kahit 10,000 steps per day. Puro gulay lang at no rice ako, bawas fatty foods at sugary drinks. ganiyan din goal weight ko sir, from 94kg to 81kg palang ako ngaun, malayo pa sa goal hehe. pero same rin tayo ng routine sir, low calorie intake per day, then 20:4 ang fasting ko. tapos minsan nag walking at unting jogging lang ako, 10,000 steps per daywent from 94kgs to 63.7kgs now.
My secret is to lessen carbs, more on fats, kumbaga keto diet.. pero not totally eliminate carbs. kumakain parin ako ng bread sometimes, basta lessen lang.

next ko ginawa is FASTING.
with an app ako para na tatrack ko yung fasting hours and eating window ko.
ang tips ko sa fasting, if simula ka palang, try 14h fast, 10h eating window and gradual na mag iincrease, like 16h fast, 8h eat.
This way, your body will have enough time to adjust.
Reminders lang na pag 1st time fasting mo, lalakas ang cravings mo, so tip ko naman dito, eat dinner early then start fasting sa gabi kasi mas di mo mararamdaman ang gutom since matutulog ka.
During fasting, water ka lang talaga, pwede black coffee or pure tea without milk or honey.
Mabilis nalang ang fasting once na sanay ang katawan mo.
I do 36hours fasting once a week nung nasa bahay pa ako sa bakasyon ko, ngayon may work, 18h fast everyday tas sunday cheat day.
now, since nag papa muscle ako, yung diet ko is more on protein based na.
pag nag lose ka ng weight kasi, dpat samahan mo talaga ng exercise para d mag sag yung skin mo. then if you incorporate weight liftings, i recommend protein foods para mag retain yung muscles.
Pag nag lose kana kasi, mas magiging active ka. mas gusto mong gumalaw.
This all is based on my experience po ah. so far, d naman ako nagkacomplications sa diet ko kasi i did it gradually and with exercise talaga.

Thank you sir, last na reply ko sayo sir 81kg. atm 79.5kg nako, napapansin ko nga bumabagal na, akala ko din hindi na gumagana ung routine ko sir hehe, salamat sa advice mo ulit sir, Focus lang sa goalkaya mo yan bro! pag umabot ka na ng mga 75kgs. medyo babagal ang progress mo pero don't be discouraged. pagpatuloy mo lang ang routines na nag work sayo.
normal lang talaga minsa na mag plateau yung progress. samahan mo din ng diet break pag nag plateau ka kasi meaning nyan need mo ng nutrients na nakukuha natin sa normal eating natin, at tska mental break narin sa dieting. d kaya masaya mag diet dba? haha
pero all in all, if may goal ka, mag pursigi lang talaga.
at the time na nag post ako dito, 63.7kgs, now nag timbang ako 63.5kgs. mabagal na talaga progress pag malapit kana sa goal.
