sino po ba naka experience na sa laptop, black screen pagka windows OS, pero sa Ubuntu or Linux working yung display? working lang ang display sa windows pagka naka dual display

Hello po try nyo po Windows Button + Ctrl + Shift + B after magboot. May beep sound po yan and kung meron meaning responsive pa sya.
Then try nyo po off yung unit and replug all cables internal/external po. Tapos po if not working pa din troubleshoot nyo po like linisin ram, graphic card, run as safe mode, force restart,
startup repair. reinstall display drivers mga ganon po then if wala talaga try po system restore (at your own risk) po. Sana po makatulong

Di po kaya sa OS ng windows ang problem? Try nyo po ibang version ng windowssalamat sa reply, pero nagawa ko na lahat suggestions nyo. di pa rin nagana.. nag install po ako Ubuntu ar linux.. working naman ang display.. sa windows lang talaga hindi nagana.

na try ko na po lahat version sa win10.. try ko. sa win7 baka mag work.. salamat oo sa reply..
