This process will register your PC/Laptop machine/hardware ID on Windows Activation Server. Using media creation tool in Upgrading your system will ensure that your system will remain Activated after CLEAN INSTALLATION of W10. Refrain from Upgrading your system from a Windows 10.iso you acquired from any download sites including microsoft itself, coz your system ID will not verified or activated by microsoft activation server. It means you cannot CLEAN INSTALL W10 directly coz you don't have a serial key and your MACHINE ID is not registered. To regain your Free Upgrade you need to Clean Install your Orig OS and repeat the manual Upgrade using media creation tool.



REQUIREMENTS

4) Download WINDOWS 10 pro (this version works for me) Try other versions or better use media creation tool.



PROCEDURE

1) CLEAN INSTALL or UPGRADE your existing system. During installation and system ask for serial key input this: 6P99N-YF42M-TPGBG-9VMJP-YKHCF.

2) after installation install Ethernet card or wifi card driver then connect to internet.

3) now check your ACTIVATION goto START - SETTINGS - UPDATE & SECURITY - ACTIVATION. If its already activated its Done, but if not click CHANGE PRODUCT KEY and input the serial key mention above to proceed with the activation.

4) now copy your WINDOWS 10 pro.iso, double-click the ISO file to mount it and then launch setup.exe then choose UPGRADE, follow procedure and if installer ask you if you want to search for NEW UPDATES you can select NOT NOW to continue installing.

5) You have now a License and Activated WINDOWS 10

hindi na gagana un procedure na ito kung gagamitin mo pang install un WINDOWS 10 INSIDER PREVIEW BUILD 10130. May Expiration ung preview build... Pwede mo namn upgrade un Window 7, 8, at 8.1 (try on Both Legit and some non-legit due to difference on how it activated the Windows 7, 8, and 8.1) gamit un RTM Build 10240 iso na galigng sa media creation tool, skip mo un serial key then upgrade hangang July 29, 2016 un procedure na ito then after ng date na ito need mo na talga bumili ng Legit Serial ng Windows 10. MORE DETAILS SA ACTIVATION ng WINDOWS 10 DITO kasama na rin ung mga tanung sa upgrade at clean install. Summary ng Link na binigay ko.

Things you should know:

A Windows 7 or Windows 8/8.1 product key cannot activate Windows 10. Windows 10 uses its own unique product key.
By default, Windows 10 builds are pre-keyed, meaning, you do not have to enter a product key and should not be prompted to enter one as long as you upgraded from an activated Windows 7 or Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 license or Windows 10 Preview build.

If you perform a clean install on first attempt, you will have to start over from an activated Windows 7 or Windows 8/8.1 installation.

If you are prompted to enter a product key, click Do this later and give it a few days, Windows 10 will activate automatically.

Activation servers might be overwhelmed at the times because of the volume of upgrades, so give it some time if you get an error message such as (0XC004E003, ,0x8007000D, 0x8007232b or 0x8007007B) Windows 10 will eventually activate as long as you upgrade using the appropriate method.

In previous Windows releases, when you installed an upgrade version of Windows, if you wanted to reinstall the upgrade version, you had to first reinstall the qualifying version from which you upgraded, reactivate it, then upgrade again and reactivate again.


With Windows 10, this is no longer the case. Once you have upgraded to Windows 10 and activate, you can simply create a bootable copy on DVD or USB and reinstall just Windows 10 without the need to reinstall the qualifying version and it will reactivate automatically.
