Got Scammed! Help!! pano po ma track yung number at malaman yung full name ng scammer.

And pano po ba ang gagawin pag na scam online, need help po..

What happened is
I am planning to buy 2nd hand iphone in Facebook marketplace, then i found this seller looks legit, so inquire by sending her private message, it comes by the name Nicole Capuyan, so she responded by saying basic details of the phone and how much, and mode of payment. Ang sabi niya half COD and Half payment online, so di pa pumapasok sa isip ko na scammer, and then tinanong ko kung may bayad pa shipping fee sa lalamove sabi niya free shipping pra sakin will be delivered today daw. And then nag send nako ng payment half payment sa gcash. Dito na nag iba iba yung sinasabi ng seller ang sabi niya is free shipping ending ako mag babayad 250 shipping, pero sinabi ko sige babayaran ko ng cash ksama yung half payment, then she reponded para makaalis na yung rider need niya isend ko sa gcash ulit, ang gulo niya dun nako nag duda, di ko na hinayaan mag send ako ulit, gusto ko gawan niya ng paraan impossible wala siyang 250 seller siya, then sumige siya, siya na daw gagawa ng paraan pra makaalis yung lalamove rider! After 15 mins nag leave ang deactivate at nowhere to found na tong si nicole capuyan, na di ko sure if totoong name or dummy account.
This will be my lesson na di mag tiwala lalo sa online.

Most likely fake names talaga.

Best you can do is report sa customer support ng gcash ang fraud incident. But dont get your hopes up, kasi once ma cash out na yung amount, you can no longer get it back.

Take this as a lesson and be wary of online transactions next time.
