Help naman po. Nag Hard Reset po ko ng Alcatel One Touch Soleil 5021E tpos nag try ako mag insert ng sim. Pero nanghihingi sya ng Sim ME Code po. Nagtry ako magsearch sa net pero may mga bayad. Wala po bang ibang alternative na free or kahit mga secret codes para maunlock phone? Thanks in advance for help.
