(HELP)Auto hibernate while playing

Nag aauto hibernate po yung laptop ko while playing LoL pero naririnig ko parin po na continous yung game pero wala sa screen ko.
HP notebook po laptop ko. i5 7th gen, 2gb amd radeon graphics card tapos po, 4 gb ram po.

ano po ang posible cause and solution po? Salamat po.

maraming causes nyan pero to be exact ay type mo sa RUN command yun eventvwr tapos windows and system log, check mo yun may critical error at possible causes..... kung sakaling makita mo yun power kernel 41 error ay maraming possible na dahilan pa yan
