mga boss bka meron nakaalam nang problema ko sa pc ko.. lage n lng kasi mag blue screen tapos pag restart ito lumabas

May upgrade/installation ba Sir na ginawa bago na-encounter yung blue screen problem?

meron akong ginagamit sa shop namin dati kasi laging nag blu-bluescrren ung mga pc dun.. pero cmula nung ininstallan ko nang Dachshand Integrator hindi na sya nag blu-blue screen di ko alam kung depende sa error ung mga kaya nyang i handle pero try mo n lng... meron dito nyan sa SB cracked na.

BSOD usually happens kung may changes sa hardware and newly installed programs or applications. try to recall. if there's no changes at all. isolation po, check kung ilan ang memory module ... if more than 1 try mo isa lang muna. pag nag blue screen pa din try mo naman yung isang memory module ... pag same pa din walang problema ang memory (linisin mo na din yung contacts ng memory using eraser). tingin tayo sa software or windows related problem ... try to repair the OS .. basta isolation lang sir

Nag update po ba kayo ng BIOS?

hindi po sir eh.. hindi ko po pinakialaman ung bios kasi baka may error di ko po alam pano mabalik sa dati..

kahapon po sir na tapakan ko ung power chord sa cpu. tapos nag hang xa.. in a few seconds bumalik lng xa gumana xa ulit pero mga ten seconds lng ata un nag blue screen na nmn xa.. anyway salamat po sa nag rply mga boss..

Boss, generally po kasi ang Blue SOD ay caused ng hardware problem at low level softwares like drivers of the hardware, try mo po isolate yung mga pc hardware mo and kung may restore point ka paki restore po sa pinaka una kung saan onti lang ung mga driver/software na nainstall mo... and note lang po, yung Blue SOD ay hindi po sign or symptom na ang problem agad ay OS, kasi feature yan ng Windows OS stop kernel/code and tawag na automatic kay windows OS to prevent damage to itself....

SIR ang sakin nmn ang problema BSOD dn nag palit ako ng memory ng ddr2 2gig ram na 667mhz.yung dating memory ko is 1gig kpag pinalitan ko ng 2gig na ddr2 nangyayare ung bsod at dq alam panu itama ang settings sa bios i try to search in google pero nguguluhan ako sa tamang pag settings kung sa bios nga ba ang issettings lng pra dna mg bsod..help po

@oohatecuteoo try nyo po gumamit ng ibang ddr2 to check kung gagana, then try nyo po yung ddr2 nyo sa ibang computer kung gagana din po, please also check the specs. ng motherboard nyo for compatibility at capacity, kasi usually may maximum gb per ram slot lang ang pwede for example, 4GB yung max na nakalagay sa motherboard specs tapos may 4 kang ram slots, ibig sabihin po 1gb per slot po at may 1gb max lang kada ram slot ang specs ng motherboard.
