HELP: Cuyi Cutter Plotter X-axis not working.

Hi guys, na-experience nyo na po ba yung habang nag-cucut ng vinyl ay bigla na lang syang tumigil.. then yung x-axis (left and right) nya is hindi na nagwowork. Puro pavertical direction na lang sya? Thanks in advance!

pahinga mo lang yan sir tapos e on mo ulit tapos yung niddle mismo itapat mo sa x and y axis..
