Help first time pc build

Good day!

Im planning to build a PC for gaming TRIPLE A rated games,video editing, live streaming. Planning to buy it 2 days from now after posting.

Budget: 30k - 38k.

Here's my plan:

MOBO : MSI B450 MORTAR MAX
PROCESSOR : AMD 5 RYZEN 3500X
MEMORY : G.SKILL TRIDENT Z 2X8 16GB 3200MHZ OR T-FORCE DELTA R 2X8 16GB 3200MHZ CL16 (ANY SUGGESTION PO)
GPU: ZOTAC GTX 1650 SUPER TWIN
PSU: SEASONIC S12 III BRONZE 500W
STORAGE : WD M.2 GREEN 240GB (ANY SUGGESTION PO)
CHASSIS : RAKK HALIYA MATX

Questions:
1. Okay na po ba sa Chassis for the mobo?
2. May kulang pa po ba na components? (super newbie lang po)
3. With regards sa RAM ano po mas maganda sa dalawa and yung compatibilty nya sa ibang components?

Sana po may pumansin mga idle.

1. Okay na po ba sa Chassis for the mobo? - Swak Mortar Max sa Rakk Haliya pero try mo din Tecware (Alpha M, Forge M, Vega M)
2. May kulang pa po ba na components? (super newbie lang po) - Mas ok ngayon may SSD na pang OS at dun mo lagay favorite game mo kasi mas mabilis mag load pag SSD gamit kesa sa traditional HDD storage. Try mo 120GB to 240GB SSD then pag may extra budget kuha ako at least 1TB HDD
3. With regards sa RAM ano po mas maganda sa dalawa and yung compatibilty nya sa ibang components? Go with GSkill Trident Z (Mas mahal lang as far as I know)

Try mo hanap at least 1660 Super or 1660 Ti GPU para mas swak sa 3500x and at least 600w PSU for future minor upgrades na rin.

MSI b450 mortar max is good but MSI Tomahawk Max is better vrm
Go for Ryzen 5 3600 is better than 3500x since may balak ka mag video editing, 3600 is good for video/3d rendering dahil mas mataas ang thread ni 3600(6c*12t)
I'm using Tforce Delta. So far wala pa naman akong naeencounter na problem sa ram ko. Pero kung gusto mo ng mas magandang aesthetics, go for Gskill Trident.
1660 super na lang sana kung may budget pa.
SeaSonic M12II EVO 520 W 80+ Bronze na lang. fully modular.
WD blue M.2 240gb is enough. Add ka na lang 1tb WD Caviar Blue for your storage.
Mas ok siguro si Tecware Forge M aRGB. may free fans na din eh..
