[Help] HTC one m8 restarting

Help po sa HTC one m8 ko.

May sakit po sya na may time na mag ooff na lang sya tapos magrerestart, tapos mastuck na sya sa restarting loop.
Tried everything search on the internet, reformatted the phone, pero wala pa din.

Any suggestions po on how to fix this?

Unlocked bootloader po ba or rooted, s-off?

Same problem po sa htc one m8 ko boss. Pa help nmn,unlock po sia
