HELP! Laptop can't detect the wifi SSID of PLDT HOME Fibr

Good day mga master,

Patulong naman po. Ang laptop ko po kasi ndi madetect ang SSID ng pldt router namin, hindi naman nakahide ung SSID ng router at nakakadetect din ng wifi ng iba. Nareset ko narin ang router namin at nareformat na din tong laptop. Ano po ang pwde kong gawin?
 
reset your router.. malamang nagupdate si pldt ng firmware
