Thank you.

Granting na wala po kayong IT Department to fix this issue,
The first thing you need to do is to make sure na connected kayo sa isang network.

Try to ping the IP address of the other computer.

1. Open mo CMD prompt nung other PC.
2. type ipconfig/all
3. kunin mo yung Ipv4/Ipv6 Address (example: 192.168.1.3)
4. Open mo CMD prompt ng PC mo.
5. type ping Ipv4 Address (yung nakuha mong IP)

Kung hindi Request timed out yung response meaning nasa isang network kayo and maybe kunti nalang yung need e-configure after that.

Noted sir.

Dapat both ways successful ang ping. You can also try to set up the firewall ng device na ayaw ma ping.
