HELP Sony SLT-A77 DSLR camera

hello mga ka-Mobilarian ako po ay naghahanap ng tulong teknikal para sa aking Sony SLT-A77V camera. gagamitin ko sana para sa sample shots ko ng mapansin kong di gumagana ang viewfinder pero may LCD monitor. gumagana naman ang sensor dahil nag aautomatic switch naman from EVF to monitor, but black pa rin nakikita ko sa aking viewfinder. last April nung huli kong gamitin ok pa naman sya at wala naman ako nagalaw sa mga settings nito. baka may idea po kayo kung panu ito maayos. salamat.

actually sir, days after ko ma-post yung hinaing ko gumana uli. nakapag picture pa ako, etc. i guess it was 1 - 2 weeks then itong last week ng June bumalik uli yung sakit nya. nag alala na naman ako.. paano ba i-reset?

I don't personally owned that camera sir pero check nyo sa settings ng camera baka may factory reset dun. Kung ganun parin try to update your cameras firmware sa sony website. Last resort napo na i-open ang camera pag di nakuha sa software.
