Help: stuck screen boot and cant access bios set up

this is the scene: i have intel pentium 4 cpu 3.00ghz with 512kb cache 1gb ram..then nung una ng install aku ng win7 ultimate na 32 bit ok naman kaya lang pag nasa windows loading before pumasok sa desktop nag didistorted un screen ng mga 2 sec.. thats why i decided to install other os..kaya next kung ginawa is nag install aku wiz7 prof na 64bit.. natpus un installing niya nun first then ofcourse mag sshut down na sya for the next proccess kya lang naistuck na sya s boot logo ng system na samsung,,then i try to go Bios (press f2) kaya lang ng bigay lang sya info then under nun is "Entering SETUP" then hanggan dun nalang sya. nag reset nadin aku cmos batt then natry ko ndin mag jumper sa bios pra mareset pero wala padin same results padin..natry ko din mg change ng hard drive .same result padin same thing..

Anu po kaya possible ko pwedeng gawin. or anu kaya ang posible na error o sira kung bakit ayaw na nya makapaok sa bios set up.!..

Try mo nalang mag Downgrade ng Operating Sytem into Windows XP. Hindi pa yata yan compatible yung Pentium 4 sa Windows 7. yung na release kasi yan pentium 4 wala pang win7.

thanks guys.. ngawa ko na siya..win 7 32 bit na siya.. nacorrupt yun unang hdd ko..
