Tanong ko lang bro hired na ako as workforce specialist sa SPI ortigas tapos tumawag ung HR(ata un) parang phone interview and she's starting to discuss about contract and expected salary then tumawag siya ulit which is hindi ko na nasagot then Jan 4 nag start na ako, Tinanong ako ng boss ko na kung may pinirmahan na ako, so far wala pa. That night pinauwi ako kac unfair daw sakin kung mag start na ako tapos wala papla akong contract signing, so as of now jan 6 still waiting for my JO. Tanong ko lang is kung gaano katagal ung JO and sure na ba tlga na pasok ako? sorry haha medyo nakakaparanoid ung umaasa at mag antay ng call :upset::upset::upset::upset::rofl::pray::pray:

meron na po ba nag apply dito sa American Express sa BGC. pano po ba recruitmemt process nila? any tips? i heard na mataas po compensation package nila.

Guys help naman po. Actually 1st time ko magaapply ng work at sa call center ko gsto ko since undergrad ksi ako (2nd yr college lang ntapos ko BSIT sa feu. Financial prob po.) Saan po kaya maganda at makakapasok ako? Im 26yrs old. Thanks in advance.

tol meron sa Makati malapit sa Makati Med harap ng Pande de Manila ata yun? yun yung company na akala ko eh Data Encoder pero call center pala direct hiring yun tol, parang teleperformance yung company na yun tas ililipat ka nila kung saan malapit bahay mo

Apply lang ng apply. sa umpisa kakabahan ka talaga kasi nga puro inglesan ng inglesan. maswerte kung sa unang apply eh makapasa ka ng initial interview. pero kung bumagsak apply lang uli sa iba. hanggang sa makuha mo na yung magandang sasagot sa "Tell me something about yourself".

Hi guys! Thanks to the ts of this thread. It's help me a lot. Maybe I get some ideas about bpo. Im 17 years old and turning 18 in this coming march. And I want to be a call center agent as my first job. I just want to ask how can i overcome my nervousness, I think im fluent enough but in some situation or like in interview i get out of control, mental block something like that. Any suggestion is appreciated.

Start ko na sa ANZ sa 22. Singaporean customers ang handle namin. 35k plus 3k offer sakin at 24/7 ang sched.

oh man! tagal na pala ng last post ko dito.. naturingang TS.. tsk tsk! haha! :slap:

Pasensiya na po dahil sobrang busy lang.. at hindi na rin ako sa call center nagwo-work ngayon pero BPO pa rin ang company.. yun nga lang ay non-voice account.. so hindi na rin ako updated sa mga happenings sa mundo ng call center.. :ashamed:

However, try ko pa rin na mapadpad dito from time to time.. kapag may gusto kayong i-add sa first page, just send me a PM and i'll try my best to include it there as soon as possible.. :D

And lastly, if ever na may naghahanap ng non-voice account na malapit sa Alabang ay ipaalam lang din sa akin dahil super hiring kami.. business transcription specialist po ang position at ang pay ay super okay kahit non-voice siya.. to be honest, malaki yung sweldo ko dito compared nung nagwo-work ako sa call center at day shift pa so saan ka pa?! pinaka-maaga na ang 3:00 AM.. pero most of the specialists are coming in around 5:00 AM.. that's what I think.. not sure though.. haha! Anyway, just hit me up if my questions pa kayo.. okay?! :salute:

Unfortunately, on-hold ang openings ngayon sa ANZ. medyo madugo ang training at 4 months ang itatagal nito. sus, sana tumagal ako. australian account naman ako pero balak ko palipat sa collections kapag 6 months na ko..

Galing ako dati sa Telus Intl. sa Discovery Ortigas. Ang alam ko meron sila dun non-voice account un chat support lang at maglalaro ka lang ng mga zynga games. Ewan ko lang ngayon kung meron pa non... :)

jobseeker here :wave: hindi call center inaplayan ko,pero andaming interview -angry- tapos nung nakatapos na sa pangatlo,ang sabi tatawagan nalang daw ako sa next interview ko ...may pagasa kaya ito -think-

I think this is a good idea-- to comment in english so that all of us can enhance our English speaking skills even if we're not into bpo

Tomorrow will be my last day of training at TESDA. For seven days, I was educated for my weaknesses and why I always get flunk during an interview... I should probably use this as a stepping stone not just by becoming a future Call Center Agent but becoming a Better Teacher at my alumni
