HELP!

HOW TO RESET Y53 VIVO(FULL MEMORY PROBLEM & BLACK SCREEN)

Si erpat full memory na pala yung phone kaya napabayaan tapos Ayun nag black screen pero nag reresponse pa nmn kapag pinipindot ung power botton.. Any suggestion kung pano gagawin?? Di mapaayos naka quarantine kasi eh, selpon lang libangan ni erpat e.. TIA sa tutulong.. :):)
 
hard reset mo na po yan
pindutin mo power button at volume up ng sabay
tas bitawan mo power button pag nag on na wag mo bitawan volume up
tas piliin mo lang yung wipe data don
