Hi mga ka-TS! I have a work and I earn 60k monthly. I made a mistake during this pandemic kaya ako nagkaroon ng malaking utang kaya ngayon focus ako sa pagbabayad ng mga yon. Later this coming months, I will be debt free and I don't know where to invest my salary. I'm in my 30's and my GF is late 20's. Here are some details:

We don't rent a house (Palipat lipat lang kami ng house every week, sa parents niya and sa parents ko)
We don't have a car

Kung car kasi, ayoko ng sedan kasi big family kami on both side kaya nasa isip ko is van or house and lot para samen ni GF. Pero yung way of thinking ko na more than 20 - 30 years yung babayaran is very frustrating.

Help me change my mindset mga ka-TS! Thanks in advance!

Save the money or invest it(what you are willing to lose) before making such a big decision.

House and lot is not practical for me kung di pa kayo kasal since pagtutulungan ninyo yan bayaran.

As for car, get a second hand SUV, sakin lang to kasi di masyadong practical bumili ng brandnew.

Pero for now I will recommend save for at least 6 months to 1 years to have emergency funds before spending again.

60K MONTHLY wow, 1st step ipon, 2nd plano, ano ba talaga gusto mo mangyari ha, kung tingin mo practical ang unahin amg car go ka, Rule kelangan ang price ng car mo is half ng pera mo sa Bank, if not go ka sa haus, Isa pa dapat seperate kayo ni partner sa families nyo. Thank me later hahaha

Hi TS, after taxes na ba yung 60k mo?

2. Invest on something na kikita ka ng different income apart from employment/current business
4. Always act na your earning half of your current income

Basta ang goal is to look poor, pero hindi ka broke, kasi once they start noticing na capable ka aasa sayo lahat at invited ka sa laht ng binyag, kasal etc. :D

Learned, the hard way :D
