Not to sound like bursting your bubbles TS, but reading your post doesn't inspire me at all. Ang dami mo na palang experience and pinagdaanan na companies, but sad to say you HAVEN'T LEARNED ANYTHING AT ALL.

The fact that you told us you're on petiks mode more often and the fact that you're USING THE COMPANY's TIME and RESOURCES unproductively (which btw, is what you're paid to do) is such a bad thing.

Sa mga naghahanap pa din ng work, try niyo sa sykes. Para sa kin, eto ang call center na pinakamadaling applyan. 2 interview lang. Kung bagsak ka during your first attempt, puwede ka bumalik tom din to reapply. (*I'm not / never been employed with Sykes)

One point lang na napansin ko, para sa kin lang to, hindi porket high school graduate lang ang minimum requirement sa call center eh hanggang dun ka na lang. As much as possible, try to finish college. Magagamit mo yan in the future. Hindi naman natin gustong maging agent lang forever. Hindi rin natin masasabi kung hanggang kelan ang call center industry dito. Puwedeng boom siya ngayon, after ilang years wala na.

Sa burgundy at ortigas yung alam ko pero lahat naman yata ng sykes branches eh. try niyo po. Good din ang benefits nila. kahit mababa ang basic, nababawi sa allowances.

Sir 2 years lang ang antapos ko pero dami kong alam sa computer na hindi na tinuro sa course namin dahil sa pag aaral ko kasama si google pero kada magtanong ako ng requirements may sinasabing 4 years dapat. TIngin mo sang position ba ako dapat magumpisa medyo marunong ako magtroubleshoot at savy naman ako sa internet. malawak ang imahinayson ko. may mairereffer kabang magandang company kung san ako pwede magsimula at makalikom ng talino at kakayahan? mga work experience ko lang isa from internet cafe. so i dont know if i count nila yun.
