Meron ba nag aaral? Hahaha. I stopped nung 2020 (pandemic)

I’m at my 2nd year before I stopped. Currently kasi parang gusto ko bumalik due to lack of cyber security laws haha.

When it comes to cyber security naman, may mga laws naman na tayo. Mejo konti lang ang nagprapractice nito na lawyers specially sa data privacy. Kahit non-lawyers ay pwde maging compliance officer regarding sa privacy.

6 months? "Atleast" 30 days lang notice diba by law? Some companies ay 2-3 months kung mataas position mo.

Wala ba sa company handbook ninyo ung rendering period?

Wow would love to read ano resolution nito.

Tama po. 30 days notice is required by law. Pero depende kung ano nasa employment contract. Kung wala nakalagay sa contract ay pwde ka ng umalis basta may compliance sa 30 days rule. Forcing you to work after 30 days may constitute involuntary servitude.
