Macbook Pro Always Crash

Hi everyone,

I will appreciate any help and advice for my Macbook Pro that always hangs and crashes. I don't have any idea what's the possible reason of that issue. Kindly check some details below.

Machine: MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2009)
OS Installed: Yosemite
Storage: 159GB with free 18GB
Memory: 4GB (2GB, 2GB)
Processor: 2.23 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo

Scenarios when Issues occured:
-Browsing in Safari (Social Networking Sites)
-Downloading in uTorrent
-Watching video in Youtube or from Local

Try mo install yung adwaremedic. Feeling ko malware lang yan kasi sa browser ka lagi nag ccrash e.
