MACRO PHOTOGRAPHY

Sabi ni Wikipedia, Macro photography is close-up photography of usually very small subjects. The classical definition is that the image projected on the "film plane" (i.e., film or a digital sensor) is close to the same size as the subject. In addition, Photography.com states that although macro photography traditionally referred to taking pictures with a sensor that is larger than the subject, it currently includes taking pictures in which the image appears at least as large as it does in reality. The advent of digital cameras has made macro photography more accessible to the general photographer. Yet, professional macro photography with traditional cameras requires a keen awareness of lighting, focus and lens requirements.

Traditionally, macro photography is defined as any photo in which the subject has a 1:1 ratio with the photo negative. This means that the image of the subject on the negative is exactly the same size as the real life subject. So, no magnification is used.

dati kong extension tube setup:

may do-it-yourself na diffuser para di masyadong hard yung lighting ng flash. kailangan ito para makapagpicture ng mas mabilis (shutter speed na more than 1/100).

RULES FOR POSTING IMAGES:
1. Only macro or extreme closeup shots will be allowed in this thread.

2. Maximum of 1024 pixels on a side lang ang acceptable image size para hindi babagal ang pag load ng mga images!
