HOW TO LOCALIZE LG G3 F400 and LG G3 F460 on MARSHMALLOW (6.0)

PS: This METHOD may cause BOOTLOOP! Make sure that you can flash kdz so you may revibe your phone if shit happens.
Files Needed: Download and Extract All Files From The Given Link. Extract it using ESFile Explorer or Zarchiever. After you extract the files, INSTALL THE APPS.

PART 1: ROOTING YOUR DEVICE
1. Open Kingroot. Tap "Try to root". Wait until the process starts then PRESS HOME BUTTON. Wait until a Toast Notification pops up saying "This Device Was Rooted", then Open Root Checker then confirm if it is Rooted. If there's no Toast Notification just check Root Checker if your device got ROOT ACCESS. Note, Kingroot is not Stable in MM, sometimes it says that "ROOT FAILED" but when you check it in ROOT CHECKER youve already got ROOT ACCESS.
PART 2: LOCALIZING
1. Open Root Explorer, go to "system" folder. Scroll down and find "build.prop". Copy "build.prop" to your Internal Storage.
2. Open Quickedit, open and find "build.prop" that you copied in your Internal Storage.
3. Find these lines in "build.prop";

4. Save, then Copy and Paste Your Newly Edited Build.prop Back to "system". Then Change its PERMISSIONS into.

Just change the Values.
Done. Your DEVICE NOW HAS BEEN LOCALIZED. We set the default Country from KR (Korea) to PH (Philippines) For F400, changing the default language from "ko" (Korea) to "en" (English) and changing the TARGET OPERATOR AND COUNTRY TO GLOBAL (just like D855).
Effects:
1. Dual Clock will change into SINGLE CLOCK (no more dual clock remover in playstore)
2. Korean Characters in Keyboard, Dialer and Other Apps has been SET to ENGLISH.
3. LTE/3G indicator change into 4G/H as same as D855.
4. Global Roaming in Settings Has been REMOVED.
5. SMS CONVERTION REMOVED.

Many more? Basta Localized na sya. Hehe. Although may mga naiwan pang Korean Files and Apps, Pero yung Phone ay naka set na to PH and GLOBAL.
PART 3: REMOVING KOREAN APPS AND SOME KOREAN FILES
1. Open System App Remover, Find all Korean Apps and Uninstall it.
2. Extract "audio.zip". Copy the "audio" folder to "system".
3. Open every single folder inside the "audio" folder that youve paste in "system", Select All Files and Change the PERMISSION into,

Do this in all files in "audio" folder.
4. Select the "audio" folder and MOVE IT TO "media" folder. REPLACE "audio" folder inside "media". This will change KOREAN NOTIFICATION/RINGTONE into ENGLISH. (not all)
PART 4: CHANGING BOOTANIMATION AND SHUTDOWNANIMATION (From OLLEH/LTE ME/ LTE-A to LG)
1. Copy "bootanimation.zip" and "shutdownanimation.zip" to "system". Select these two files then change its PERMISSION into,

2. Select again these two files and MOVE IT TO "media". Replace it.
PART 5: FIXING APN CONFIGURATIONS AND GPS INNACCURACY
1. Extract "etc.zip" Copy "apns-conf.xml", "apns-kr-mpdn.xml", "gps.conf" and "featureset.xml" into "system" folder.
2. Select these 4 files and change its PERMISSIONS into,

3. Select again these two files and MOVE IT TO "etc" folder.
PART 6: VERY HARD PART
1. RESTART YOUR PHONE NOW. EXPLORE THE CHANGES. LIKE THIS POST IF THIS HELPS YOU. COMMENT IF YOU SUCCEDED LOCALIZING YOUR PHONE.
