OTHERS Method to direct calls to a SIM card to more than 1 mobile phone.

Hi everyone,

In our company, previously we had 2 staff members manning 2x different phones. This was fine when the whole team was working in office.

Now the whole team works from home due to COVID. Because both calling staff can't have access to both phones anymore, we need a way to forward the incoming calls coming to one phone, to both phones.

Our team members also dont have great internet, so ideally we need a solution that can forward calls only through network, without depending on internet.

Sa globe meron call divert/forwarding, dati, gagana lang sya sa prepaid kapag meron kang load, although hindi ko alam magkano charges. Need mo lang isetup per phone na gusto mo mag divert ng calls, halimbawa ako, divert ko sayo calls ko, sa cp ko need mag setup..

Meron 4 options ang divert/forwarding:
Always forward

Forward when busy

Forward when unanswered

Forward when unreachable

Self explanatory na siguro yan sir, if nalalabuan ka, call mo na lang yung customer service ng kung ano mang network gamit nyo..

Sa globe ko lang kasi yan na try noon, meron kasi sila access codes dati pati sa barring service nila na pwede kahit sa prepaid.. Usually kasi sa postpaid or sa corporate plans lang yan pwede, pero sa globe dati eh pwede sa prepaid, ewan ko lang ngayon

PS: not sure pala dun sa one phone na magddivert sa 2 mobile phones.. 1 is to 1 lang kasi. or simple logic, activate mo yung divert/forward when not answered or unreachable or busy sa 2 mobiles nyo..

Hal: Cp ko, divert sa office mobile A, tapos si office mobile A, naka divert kay office mobile B, yung 3 options lang, hindi kasama yung always forward.. Ganon din vice versa.
