Insert mo yung OS installation CD mo. run CMD as administrator tapos type mo to
Dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFx3 /All /Source:F:\sources\sxs
then press enter
"F:\sources\sxs" eto yung location ng .net framework 3.5 pki change na lng
