mga ka ts tanung lang. kase nabangga kami ngayon may report na kami sa manlantraffic bureau nag agree kami na ung nakabangga samin ung sasagit ng paayos gamit ang comprehensive insurance nila . ngayon nung tinatawagan na namin ung nakabangga ayaw naman nila ipaalam ung insurance company ng kotse nila. pero ang aggreent namin sa traffic bureau sila daq sasagot gamit insurance nila. wala insurance ung sasakyan namin eh . salamat sa sasagot

I think you're in the wrong section. Anyway, the police report you have should state the party at fault. If they don't want to give you the name of their insurance company then that's fine as long as they will have your car fix. They need to contact their insurance and file a claim. They need to submit the police report and the pictures taken. Then either the insurance company or the owner will contact you on where you need to bring your car to. Usually, an insurance company have accredited repair shops which you can bring your shop to. You should've ask the other party about their insurance company while at the traffic bureau. The best you could do is to follow up with the other party. If they fail to honor your agreement then you can file a complaint against them.
