Easiest fix, install back up or fresh iOS using iTunes or if due to iOS update probably 16.2 (newest). You may use this guide:
First, Update the iPhone:
1. Connect: the iPhone your your computer
2. Force Restart your iPhone, while it is Connected.
Perform this for one of the following four iPhone series...

and usually po nangyayare ang ganyan pag weak na ang battery or un terminal ng battery sa board is tanggal.. dati po kc ako technician .. madalas gnyan po ang issue
