Need Help For CKK Sea Bear+ Google Play Store "Check Your Connection"

Hello po mga ka SYMBIANIZE!!

Need ko po ng kaunting tulong sa ating mga expert..
Bumili po kami ng CKK Sea Bear+ (CKK MOBILE)
Ok naman po ang unit naka LOLLIPOP na siya ang problema lang "Hindi Gumagana ang play store niya", Everytime na ioopen namin siya nagkakaron siya ng notification na "Check Your Connection and Try Again" stable naman po ang net/wifi namin..

Ito po ang mga ginawa ko:
*Clear Cache / Data
*Remove and Add account (Google)
*Check Time and Date
*Factory Reset
*Root (checking Hosts file) Delete / Edit - Reboot
*Wifi settings

Pero wala parin po.. ganun parin po ang problema.. halos lahat po ng way para maayos ang playstore ginawa ko na po pero wala parin.. nagcheck narin po ako sa other forums para TUTS kung paano ayusin pero wala parin.. 3rd time na namin na pinapalitan yung unit sa store pero same problem parin.. Kung may mga naka Sea Bear+ po sa inyo at naexperience ang problem na ito at naayos share niyo naman po sa akin kung paano niyo ito naayos or comment nalang po..

Marami pong salamat in advance sa makakatulong po sa akin..

Delete,mo yung host sa folder ng etc..gumamit ka ng root explorer..
