Need help to decide which to upgrading PC ( i5 3570k)

Hi guys, need ko po advice kung alin sa upgrading option ko na mas ok.

my rig

Asrock z77 extreme4 lga 1155 intel z77
Cooler master hyper 212 plus
Inno3d gforce gtx 770 ichill herculez x3 ultra 2gb gddr5
G.skill ares series 8gb 1600mhz (2 x 4gb) 240-pin ddr3
Seasonic m12ii 650 ss-650am 650w atx12v / eps12v sli ready 80 plus bronze

my first option gpu & monitor upgrade to: rx 480 8gb and 1080p with freesync 144hz will cost 28,200 php
(kung ito ang ipapalit ko tatagal pa kaya tong rig ko at kakayanin pa ang mga bagong games na lalabas?)

my 2nd option cpu+mobo+ram upgrade to: ryzen 7 1700, am4 mobo & ddr4 16gb ram will cost 29,400 php
(kung ito ang ipapalit ko ano ang mga cons at pros)

Hindi po ako pro gamer pero gusto ko kasi malaro pa yung mga latest at future heavy games in 60+fps at 1080p.

heto na po siguro ang last na gagawin kong upgrading at gusto ko sana na hindi ako magsisisi sa gagawin ko.

witcher, far cry and crysis are nvidia games. so maybe an nvidia gpu would be a better choice. besides, amd gpu are currently on high demand. not the best time to buy.

i would rather test out how much i could overclock your cpu and check online how it performs with 1070. maybe get a better cooler. if it bottlenecks, id settle for 1060 6gb.

r7 1700 + 480 is not the best combo. 480 is too slow for 1700. id wait for vega if you really want an amd based.

siguro nga hindi worth it kung upgrade ko sa ryzen 7 or to i7 ng intel dahil halos 25% lang daw ang dag-dag na performance.
