Repair Inquiry Need help to delete photos in SD Samsung j7 2016

Hi po, pahelp po ako, gusto ko po edelete lahat ng photos ko na nasa SDcard files but kahit anong delete ko hnde sya madelete, tried many apps na pwde mkadelete but still di parin effective. Trinay ko na lahat wa prin. "Failed to delete" lang ang prti error, Please help me po. 7gb po kc un lhat paubos na space ng memory ko. Thank you po sa makatulong

try mo sa file manager/my files don ka mag delete. same tayo nang probs.

try to decrypt your sd card...using your samsung phone...here's how...
Open Setting- Seleck Lock screen and Security or Biometric and Security...
Scroll the Button and Select Decrypt SD Card... Tap decrypt SD card to begin the process...
Enter your Lock Screen PIN, Pattern / Password...
Wait for the decryption to finish... you can keep an eye on the process in the notification panel...
make sure to keep the device charged during the process at it can take some time...

then after... select file manager.... select SD card storage
Open the file you want to delete...
press the file...it is mark with check...

then tap delete at the bottom
