1. wag mo sana connect ung infected laptop sa internet. or kung connected na sya nung na infect. paki revoke ng macadd nya sa router mo (kung thru wifi ang connection) unplug network cable naman kung wired.
2. wala akong experience po sa ganito since wala ako na handle na ganto sa work. mostly kc preventive ung ginagawa namin.
3. sabi sabi.. may mga tool daw na nkaka remove since, sabi sabi.. na sa initial infection and encryption eh same decrypt key lang to all ang ginagamit, they change key once online ung infected unit. pero not proven ko to by myself. since. wala nga ako first hand na nahandle ng ganitong case.

try mo daw ung emsisoft na decryptor. sabi sabi lang din yan kc di ko nga tested. use at your own risk nlng po.
4. other solution is to reformat the laptop to new os. then use recovery tools to recover mo ung certain files na need mo.

oo prone ung mga activator na yan na malagyan ng trojan. di din tau maxadong strict sa pag download at pag try ng mga na download natin.. at usually ung mga activator na yan is nag pipiggyback home sa nka set na server. usually ni off natin ung real time protection ng windows eh para maka hacktivate. kea di naboblock. sensya na po. pro risks at the maximum po. at nadale po kau.

yan ba yung may ransomware notice? check mo kung iyan. kapag luma nadadale yan pero pag bago. negative.
