FACTORY RESET security code 12345 using PHOENIX TEST & SERVICE SOFTWARE and USB cable
i forgot my NOKIA X2-01 security code.
i can't use my phone.
my PC can't detect USB because SECURITY CODE is locked.
keypad is locked.
FACTORY RESET NOKIA X2-01 (reset security code to 12345)
using PHOENIX TEST & SERVICE SOFTWARE
1. how to make USB nokia X2-01 to be detected by your PC.
= connect a RESISTOR (about 5K ohms) between the BATTERY TERMINALS = BS1 (center) and GND (-).

in my case, i don't have 5kOhms. i used resistors in series but only about 3.8kOhms total)

i soldered the series resistors to the other end of the audio cable.

2. PHOENIX Test & Service Software INSTALLATION
= before installing PHOENIX
remove all NOKIA related softwares, PC SUITE, SOFTWARE UPDATER, CONNECTIVITY CABLE
=disable all anti-virus
=PROCEED to PHOENIX SETUP (takes time)
3. insert micro USB cable to your NOKIA X2-01 and connect to PC
= wait for all USB Drivers to be detected
= click phoenix

Sir tanong ko lang po. Pano po na recognized ng phoenix nyo yung RM-709. Sakin po kasi ayaw mag recognize nung RM-709. Pano po kaya gagawin ko? Newbie here. TIA
