Back up mo nlang using skydrive or dropbox and others...

boss d naman po mawawala files u pag nireformat u yan but take note n ccguraduhin u n drive c or system nakalagay un lang ifoformat u....

ilipat mo mga files mo from drive C: my documents, videos, musics, downloads at desktop files sa drive D: gawa ka ng folder dun at rename mo from c: then rename mo ang drive c: to winOS para pag reinstall mo ng windows makikita mo alin ang drive c:

advise lang po kung magrereinstall ka, always delete the drive c: and system reserved then create a new partition to avoid conflict sa installation and always take note of drive D: kung saan ang mga files mo to prevent accidental deletion of partition.

good luck and God bless po

ayos ang sagot mo tamang tama

always make a clean install ng OS, like ng advice ni rbeldua, delete the partition where you will place your new OS (including system reserved)

i believe kaya merong "windows old" sa C drive kasi hindi nabura iyung old OS ng mag-install ng new OS (place it on C drive without deleting or formatting it before install)

try the following before resulting to formatting
manually delete temporary files and temporary
go to start > type "%temp%" (without the quotation) > delete everything in the folder
note: you cannot delete FXSAPIDebugLogFile.txt
or you can use ccleaner

do a disk clean up right click computer > properties > disk clean up
do a defragment right click computer > properties > defragmenter
or for easier, hassle free and complete system maintenance check this thread credits to sir ginkuji

Gawin mo ganito.

Mas magiging smooth if you reformat yung pc/laptop than doing this tweaks . Pero di naman mawawala files mo if you backup your files in drive D as I said in my last reply. :D .

Goodluck and Godbless Ts. ^^
