check all running application sa background ni windows in task manager, disable yung lahat ng di naman kailangan sa start up.
close mo muna yung ibang application before playing baba ng memory mo and tingin ko sa graphics din yan pag tumatagal na umiinit na yung chipset mo pag sobrang taas try to balance lang.
