1. Una sa lahat palakasin ang ating resistensya. Wag magpuyat, inom ng maraming tubig, kain ng gulay at prutas, iwas sa matatamis at malamig dahil nakakabagsak ito ng immune system. Magtake ng multivitamins at ang marerecommend ko ay conzace dahil may vitamin C ito at zinc na pampalakas ng resistensya.

2. Wear face mask always lalo na kung lalabas at nasa crowded places like MRT, bus, jeep, lalo na sa mall dahil sa aircon nito madali kumalat ang virus. Kung walang pambili face mask maski panyo lang at lagyan ng dalawang tissue kesa wala proteksyon.

3. Wear protection eye glasses dahil pwede daw matransmit sa mata ang virus. For example kung may bumahing or ubo, ang droplets ay pwede mapunta sa mata.

4. Ugaliin maghugas lagi ng kamay gamit ang sabon at tubig. Magbaon lagi ng alcohol or hand sanitizer in case na walang sabon at tubig.

5. Kung sumasama ang pakiramdam ay magpacheckup na pero kung natatakot kayo punta hospital lalo na madami maysakit dun eh quarantine niyo na lang sarili niyo sa kwarto niyo at take everyday ng 1000mg of vitamin C at 20mg zinc tapos inom ng maraming tubig.
