Ps4 China Region (how)

Good day guys. Ask ko lang if there's a way to change the ps4's factory setting para maging english yung playstore? Issue kasi ng unit ko locked sa Chine Region, kaya everytime gagawa ako ng new account laging chinese yung language hindi ko maintindihan. I even tried making account online, trying different PSN regions, pero nag eerror pag i-llog in ko saying "you're account is not compatible with the ps4 factory setting".

Gusto ko sana mag psplus and play online. Huhu

chinese ps4 is designed to be totally locked down. kahit 5.05 firmware at naka jailbreak pa yan theres no way to remove the region lock, yes may region lock yan, compared to other ps4 na galing sa eu, us, kr at jp lahat yan region free, except for china version.
