Good day! After ma-upgrade yung Z Ultra (C6833) ko sa Lollipop (5.0.2), hindi na makaconnect sa 3G or LTE. Hindi na rin ma-set ng manual yung network mode using *#*#7378423#*#*
May naka-experience din ba sa inyo nyan?

kakukuha ko lang last week ng z ultra, binili ko sa lazada. inupdate ko na din sya to lollipop. bigay naman po kayo ng link ng pano mag root. gumamit ako ng king root pero laging failed. sana maka reply kayo agad. thanks..
king root din ginamit ko ok naman. nakalimutan ko na yung site eh. pm mo sa akin email mo send ko nlgn sayo apk.

Guys C6802 user here! 
Want to ask if anyone already experienced the proximity issue? Build number is 14.4.A.0.108 and Android 4.4.4 Kitkat.
Tried the factory reset and it worked (temporarily) pero after installing my apps, the issue went back.
May mga na-check na kong mga work around pero di sya applicable sa current Android OS ko. In addition, where can we buy the USB cap for the XZU?
Nawala kasi ung cap eh kaya expose ung USB input nya.

@vinni got it! Thanks! Eh panu ung proximity sensor issue? Any idea kung na resolve na ng Sony ung di mo madrop ung call dahil di nagana ung sensor. Naghahanap ako sa net kaso mukhang wala pang solution. Nagbabasakali akong may makasagot dito sa symbianize.

Mga bossing! Pahelp naman kung saan pwede ipagawa tong z ultra ko. Namatay nalang siya bigla habang ginagamit ko. Pinatingnan ko sa technician flex daw ang sira ung main flex na nakakabit sa motherboard. Mahal ba mag pagawa nito? Ang singil kasi sakin 4,500 e sabi ko ang mahal masyado mura lang naman ang flex. Pahelp po ako. Sa quiapo po ako nagpacheck. Maraming salamat po!

Thank you sir. Smart SIM ko pala may problem. nag-try ako ng new Globe and ibang Smart LTE SIM, gumana na ulit. Yun nga lang, hindi na talaga pwede i-lock manually sa LTE yung network after upgrading to Lollipop. By the way, before magroot diba kailangan pa i-save DRM license? Hindi ko masyado kabisado yung mga ganung process. Gusto ko rin sana i-root yung Z ultra ko

mga ser pa help naman po ung xperia z ultra ko kc bigla nlng nag sudden death, hindi ko cia mabuksan pag chinacharge ko red light then green light lng ung phone, ginawa ko na ung power + volume keys etc. pero ualang effect, any idea po kaya kung panu ko cia mabubuksan ulit or san reliable ko cia pede ipagawa? salamat ng marami

try mo po repair using Sony PC Companion or
subukan mo reflash yung firmware mo. link sa post ko sa 1st page atsaka sa sig ko
