Hindi pala sa lahat ng pagkakataon nasusukat sa number of years ng experience dito sa IT field (especially sa programming)
I think this applies to other job or career too.

Story :

I entered freelancing world para kumita ng extra .

Then nakilala ko team leader nila . Nakita ko yung credentials nya sa linkedin ang ganda at matagal tagal na rin sya sa field it has all the bells and whistles ng isang senior developer . I know my stuff and I thought pati sila .
Indentation is messed up too. No test at all. For a team leader with that number of experience . hahaha.

Study their coding style , kung paano sila mag code at paano nila i structure ang isang project. Or else you may end up like Kumar (not his real name) :D

yup. totoo to.

I understand your point.. and yes I agree to that too.

Haha. So true boss. Yung senior ko dati wapakels kung anong coding style gawin mo basta gumagana lang yung program and mind you more than 20 years na sya sa industry.
